Open as normal.
*(Update 18/6/2020)* UPS are continuing with deliveries and collections as normal. They are currently experiencing a large number of deliveries to home addresses . In general driver workload has increased around 56%. Additionally some areas are experiencing delays due to road closures/disruption in relation to the current protests – this issue affects London in particular but extends to other delivery areas. We advise all customers to book deliveries as far in advance as possible as UPS are not offering the next day guarantee at this time*
In the wake of recent government advice, we thought it prudent to let our customers know our plans for opening hours going forward.
We will remain open as usual unless the government enforce a full shut down of all non essential business. As of 24/3/2020 building and construction companies can continue operating whilst following social distancing and home working guidelines.
All non-essential face to face contact with customers and suppliers is suspended. We are operating on a skeleton staff in our office and we operate from a building on our own. Staff are requested to limit journeys strictly from home to the office and back again. We will continue to follow all government advice as the situation develops.
All hired equipment is delivered and collected by UPS who are making deliveries without making face to face contact with customers. As of writing this we have no indication from UPS that their service will be stopped at any time.
Any changes to this will be updated as things progress.
We extend our best wishes to all going forward.
